Returns
You can return unwanted items within 30 days for any reason. You don't have to provide a reason, but we would appreciate it anyway.
Our return policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have gone by since received your order, unfortunately, we cannot offer you a refund or exchange.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition you received it.
To complete your return, please contact us first. If the return is not a result of a mistake on our part, you as a buyer are responsible for covering shipping costs.
Refunds (if applicable)
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
We generally refund the full amount you paid for the items unless there's physical damage.
If you are approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original payment method within five days.
Exchanges (if applicable)
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at support@teklager.se and send your item to:

You will be responsible for paying for shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
Once you have shipped the item, please inform us that you have done so. Tracking link is also appreciated.
We try to process all refunds as soon as possible.
