Do I have to wait long for the product to arrive?

Hardware that is in stock is usually shipped within the same day.

Why don't you sell cheaper routers for about 1000 SEK?

We tried, but we don't want to compromise on quality. Hardware at this price has to be built with cheap components. Commodity routers sold at around this price point have Realtek network chips, often shared between NICs, underpowered CPUs that can't handle VPN, not enough memory to handle many simultaneous connections, plastic enclosures, poor quality manufacturing. 

We don't want to sell hardware that we would not use ourselves.

What shipping options do you offer?

During checkout you will have a number of shipping options available, depending on your country.

  • We offer free postal shipping to customers in Sweden (PostNord, including tracking link) from 1000 SEK purchase.
  • EU customers outside of Sweden are charged EU shipping. Shipping cost is always displayed during the checkout.
  • Non-EU customers (Norway, Åland, Faroe Islands, USA, Canada) are charged international shipping. Shipping cost is always displayed during the checkout.
  • We typiclly send international orders with UPS, but PostNord(regular post) is also available.

Do you have any reviews?

All customers are asked to leave a review 14 days after purchase. Less than 10% of customers do that. All the reviews from verified customers are listed on the reviews page.

Do you sell pfSense® software and other operating sysems?

We do not sell pfSense® software, nor do we make any money from this software. We only sell hardware. We can install any open-source operating system on the hardware per customer's request, but we do not sell or provide support for any operating system. 

Where are you shipping from?

All orders are shipped from Stockholm or Täby, so the delivery time will be rather short. We never drop-ship from China or Switzerland.

Can you customize the router for my business?

We offer a "white-label" laser engraving solution using a fiber laser. See the laser engraving page.
The service is free of charge for customers ordering 10x routers or more. 

I need a product that is not listed, can you deliver?

Contact us - we can work it out.

Can you install operating system on my hardware and configure it for me?

Yes. We can install OpenWRT, OPNSense, pfSense® and few other open-source operating systems for you, free of charge. If you need something special, we can probably work it out too. Please note, we don't sell these operating systems - we only help you with the installation per your request.

Can I return an item?

You have 30 days to return unwanted items. Unless the item is faulty or the order wrong, it is your responsibility to cover the delivery and shipment.

How do I pay?

You can pay with all major credit cards via Stripe. Safe and secure.

Customers in Sweden can also pay with Swish or BankGiro. All customers have also option to pay via bank transfer.

We don't handle cash. If you decide to pick up your order in person, please pay beforehand or pay with Swish at pick up.

Can I pay by Invoice?

We offer payment by invoice to established businesses in Sweden - contact us to see if your business is eligible.

We currently don't offer payment by invoice to individual customers.

Do you cover the cost of shipment?

We cover shipping cost to Sweden for orders above 1000 SEK. International shipping is not included in the price.

Do I have to pay VAT?

Swedish customers must pay 25% VAT regardless of being individual or business.

EU businesses, outside of Sweden, don't pay VAT (to us).

EU Individuals, outside of Sweden must VAT. VAT rate depends on the EU country.

Non-EU customers don't pay VAT to us (Norway, Åland, Faroe Islands, USA, Canada). 

Customers ordering from outside of EU don't pay VAT at checkout. VAT may be charged by customs at delivery. For example, customers from Norway don't pay Swedish VAT (moms), at checkout, but may be asked to pay VAT to customs agent when the product is delivered. Customers from USA and Canada must cover duties and taxes when receiving the parcel.

Shipping to Norway - VOEC rules

We do not have a VOEC registration, which means that we can't ship goods to you below 3000 NOK. As long as your order is above 3000 NOK, there's no problem. We won't charge VAT on your order, but you will be asked to pay VAT in Norway when receiving the parcel.  

How about warranty?

We follow the warranty period of the components manufacturer. It's 2 years in case of APU, 1 year in case of TLSense. Older system boards will be repaired at no charge, if possible.
