How can you offer prices so much lower than competition?

We order and import directly from our vendors (like PC Engines in Switzerland ) on distributor wholesale prices. We specialize in selling hardware from limited vendors, so we don't need a warehouse of physical shop. We keep our costs very low, and sell at low margins. 

Does it mean I have to wait long for the product to arrive?

No. We try to keep popular hardware in stock, and typically will ship within the same day. If the hardware you want is not in stock, we will order directly from the manufacturer, which will take additional 2-3 days. At rare occasions, when the manufacturer is out of stock, you may need to wait longer. 

Typically your order is shipped on the same day.

Are you a Swedish company?

Of course, we are registered in Sweden and pay all taxes and duties.

What shipping options do you offer?

During checkout you will have a number of shipping options available, depending on your country.

  • We offer free postal shipping to clients in Sweden (PostNord, including tracking link) from 1000 SEK purchase.
  • Optionally, you can also choose to pick up your order in person at Vasagatan 16, Stockholm.
  • EU clients outside of Sweden are charged EU shipping. Shipping cost is always displayed during the checkout, a standard one PC Engine router shipping cost is 180 SEK, TLSense router 260 SEK.
  • Non-EU clients (Norway, Åland, Faroe Islands) are charged international shipping: 207 SEK for parcels up to 1kg, 257 SEK for parcels up to 2kg. North America customers are charged 144 SEK for 1kg and 208 SEK for 2 kg. Shipping cost is always displayed during the checkout.
  • We can arrange courier shipping (DHL, UPS, Schenker) for larger orders. Contact us via email.

Do you have any reviews?

All clients are asked to leave a review 14 days after purchase. Less than 10% of clients do that. Latest reviews from verified clients are listed on the reviews page.

Do you ship to my country?

We currently ship to:

If your country is not listed, contact us. We probably still can ship to your country, but must check the shipping cost and recycling regulations first.

I need a product that is not listed, can you deliver?

Probably. Contact us - we can work it out.

Can you install operating system on my board and configure it for me?

Yes. We can install pfSense, IPFire, OPNSense and few others for you, free of charge. If you need something special, we can probably work it out too.

Can I return an item?

You have 14 days to return unwanted items. Unless the item is faulty or the order wrong, it is your responsibility to cover the delivery and shipment.

How do I pay?

You can pay with all major credit cards via Stripe. Safe and secure.

Clients in Sweden can also pay with Swish. All clients have also option to pay via bank transfer.

If you decide to pick up your order in person, you can pay with cash.

Can I pay by Invoice?

We offer payment by invoice to established businesses in Sweden - contact us to see if your business is eligible.

We currently don't offer payment by invoice to individual clients.

Do you cover the cost of shipment?

We cover shipping cost to Sweden for orders above 1000 SEK. International shipping is not included in the price.

Do I have to pay VAT?

Swedish clients must pay VAT regardless of being individual or business.

EU businesses, outside of Sweden, don't pay VAT (to us).

EU Individuals, outside of Sweden pay VAT.

Non-EU clients don't pay VAT to us (Norway, Åland, Faroe Islands, USA, Canada). 

Clients ordering from outside of EU don't pay VAT at checkout. VAT may be charged by customs at delivery. For example, clients from Norway don't pay Swedish VAT (moms), at checkout, but may be asked to pay VAT to customs agent when the product is delivered. Clients from USA and Canada must cover duties and taxes when receiving the parcel.

How about warranty?

We follow the warranty period of the components manufacturer. It's 2 years in case of APU, 1 year in case of TLSense. Older system boards will be repaired at no charge, if possible.
