You can return unwanted items within 30 days for any reason. You don't have to provide a reason, but we would appreciate it anyway.
Our return policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have gone by since receiving your order, unfortunately, we cannot offer you a refund.
To be eligible for a full refund, the item must be in the same condition you received it.
To complete your return, please contact us first. If the return is not a result of a mistake on our part, you as a buyer are responsible for covering shipping costs.
Once your return is received and inspected, we will email you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
We generally refund the full amount you paid for the items unless there's physical damage.
If you are approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card within five days. We will need your banking details to process the refund if you paid by bank transfer.

Please provide the phone number and email to the courier so we receive shipping notifications when the item is about to be delivered.
When shipping defective/unwanted items from outside of EU, declare low value: 150 SEK to avoid double-customs fees.
You will be responsible for paying for shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
Once you have shipped the item, please inform us that you have done so. Tracking link is also appreciated.
