Terms and conditions

We try to be fair and reasonable. These conditions apply to all purchases made through the website:

  1. Inventory is subject to prior sale. The stock status shown on our website is not updated in real-time. We update stock status manually every day. If you purchase something that is not in stock, we will contact you and offer a refund.
  2. Stock lead times are approximate.  Our delivery forecasts for products out of stock are based on information received from our suppliers. If you are making a back-order, please note that forecasts are not always accurate.
  3. Warranty period for hardware products is as noted on the website (1-3 years depending on the product). We follow the warranty periods given by manufacturers. At its discretion, TekLager may repair the product, replace it with an equivalent new or refurbished product, or refund the purchase price. Customer is responsible for backing up any data. We do not give a warranty of any kind for software installed on your device. See "software" below.
  4. Return of products - If you are not satisfied with our products, you have the right to return the merchandise in resellable condition within one month of the shipment for a full refund. Return shipments must be sent postage paid.
  5. Prices for orders shipped outside of the EU exclude Taxes and duties. USA, Canada, and other non-EU countries may charge taxes and duties at delivery, depending on local laws.
  6. Undeliverable shipments - For shipments returned by the post office/courier service as undeliverable, refund or credit is given with round trip shipping/import fees deducted.  
  7. Liability - TekLager shall not be liable for any sum greater than the amount paid to it for the goods or services sold, in the event of any loss, cost or damage caused by, arising out of, or related to, the goods or services rendered. Customer's sole and exclusive remedy in the event of an error or defect is limited to the correction of the error or defect by adjustment, replacement, or repair, at TekLager's election. In no event shall TekLager be liable for direct, indirect, incidental or consequential damages, including lost profits and loss of data. Customer is advised to back up all data regularly.
  8. Payment terms - payment is due before delivery. For qualified business customers, payment is due without deduction within 14 days.
    1. Ownership - Goods and services supplied remain the property of TekLager until paid in full (applies when customer pays after delivery).
  9. Software - you may request us to install an open-source operating system on a purchased device, free of charge. TekLager does not sell software. We are not associated with any company developing the software and do not hold copyright for any operating system. User support for software-related questions is not included.
  10. Support - we will support you in assembling hardware and troubleshooting hardware problems. We do not offer software support. We may help you with software-related questions at our discretion, but please do not expect extensive help. Refer to the community support forums for the operating system of your choice.
  11. Legal venue is Stockholm, Sweden, using Swedish laws.
