TLSense routers are intended for customers needing high VPN throughput or IDS/IPS performance in addition to high routing performance and low latency. This model has roughly 5-6x better OpenVPN performance than APU.
Note, this router has very new I226-V network chips. Most operating systems already support it, but pfSense 2.6 CE does not. The next release of pfSense CE will support it, but until then, we suggest using OPNsense or OpenWRT.
Hardware supports OPNSense, OpenWRT, as well as Windows, Linux, OpenBSD, and other operating systems.

Tips:
- You can install a regular 2.5-inch SATA drive to extend storage to multiple TB.

- If you want a different amount of storage or RAM, choose the "barebones" version and buy storage and memory separately.
